Online Returns Policy:

If you’re not entirely satisfied with your received items, you can return them within 7 days of receipt, provided they’re in their original, resalable condition. Upon return, you can opt for an exchange or refund, excluding the initial postage and packaging costs. Please note that we cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition.

International Returns:

Customers are responsible for covering the costs of international returns. We recommend using your local postal service or a courier. To ensure a smooth return process:
– Download, print, and complete a returns form if needed.
– Package your return securely and ensure it meets the outlined conditions.
– Clearly label ‘Returned Items’ on the outer parcel packaging. Additionally, mark ‘Return Goods’ on the customs declaration form to avoid import charges.
– Include the completed Returns form with your items and send to the provided address on our website.

Returns Terms and Guidelines:

– All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
– Items must be in original, resalable condition.
– Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
– For footwear returns, protect the box with an outer layer.
– Use a trackable, insured service for return shipments.
– We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during transit.
– If returning items from outside the UK, clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to avoid customs charges. Please note that Lacemeup is not responsible for any return custom charges incurred.
– Include the returns form with your items; a missing form may result in delayed processing.

Refund Processing:

We aim to process returns within 2-5 working days upon receipt. Assuming the returned items meet our refund criteria, you can expect your refund within 24-48 hours after processing, depending on your card issuer.
