How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?
We can help you modify your order before shipment. It includes changing the size or the color of an item, removing an item, changing your shipping address. Once your package shipped, we will not be able to make/modify changes.
How do I track my orders?

Why didn't I get an email about my order being shipped?
You’ll receive an email notification once your order is shipped. If you haven’t received it, please double-check your email address or your spam folder. Our usual processing time is 2-5 business days before shipping. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation within 7 days of placing your order, please reach out to us.

Why is the tracking number not working?
Once your package is in transit, the shipping company may not provide further updates until it reaches the next sorting facility. It’s normal to wait a few days (typically 3-7 days) to see any new activity after it has been shipped from our end. Refer to our Shipping and Delivery
Why was my package returned?
Your package may have been returned to us for various reasons, including:
1. Incorrect or incomplete address details.
2. Invalid phone number provided.
3. Delivery unsuccessful.

Why am I being asked to authorize my order?
To authorize your order, we might need detailed personal information. If you’re asked to do this, it’s because your order was randomly selected for extra verification by our fraud prevention team. This is to ensure the safety of our customers from any potential unauthorized charges. If authorization isn’t completed within a week, we may assume it’s fraudulent, and the order might be canceled without additional notification.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your package. Please note that the return shipping cost won’t be reimbursed. We’ll refund the item cost, but not any associated services. For further information, refer to our Return Policy.
I still haven't gotten the refund in card. What is status of my refund?
If we issued a credit card refund, it may take 14-30 days as your card issuer requires time to process it. Although we can process the refund on our end within 24 hours, your card issuer may take 14-30 days to transfer the funds. Unfortunately, we have no control over this process. Please contact your card issuer for specific details. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and greatly appreciate your understanding.
